A young man working on a wooden stool with a chisel in a woodworking shop. The background includes various woodworking tools like hand planes, saws, and a power sander.

Started with an intention to create beautiful and functional collections of furniture.

Working primarily with solid wood, the studio creates pieces that bring the natural world indoors. Organic forms, soft textures, and refined joinery come together in a way that lends calm and clarity to the spaces they inhabit.

A Quiet Approach

Guided by Place

Rooted in a close connection to the Cornish landscape, our work is shaped by a respect for natural materials and time-honoured techniques. Each piece is designed and made by hand in a small, light-filled workshop on the coast - crafted slowly, with care, and built to last.

Collaborative Approach

Alongside our core ranges, we welcome commissions - from completely bespoke pieces to thoughtful adaptations of existing designs. Whether it’s a specific size, finish, or layout, we’ll work with you to shape something that fits seamlessly.

Collections in Progress

We’re developing two ongoing furniture collections: the Mawnan and Arvor series. Each holds a growing range of functional designs, with more to come in the months ahead. All are available to order in small batches, made with intention and attention to detail.

Lasting Design

Each piece is made to order using responsibly sourced materials and traditional joinery. Production is small and considered, with lead times of 4 to 12 weeks depending on the project. For current availability or to discuss a commission, please get in touch.
